TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The E-Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation/purchase.
• The E-Gift Cards will be redeemed only at the offline stores. Online redemption is not allowed.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque.
• Partial redemption of the E-Gift Card is allowed, and the balance will remain in E-Gift Card.
• If the E-Gift Card is damaged, stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
• E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.

HOW TO REDEEM

• This Gift Card is valid only at Health & Glow Offline Outlets and cannot be redeemed on Health & Glow’s website (www.healthandglow.com) or on Health & Glow’s Android/iOS App
• To redeem the E-gift card online, customer must enter the gift card number and the pin before making the payment.
